Dear Partners in Elimination,
We invite you to share your innovative and promising practices that support New York State’s hepatitis C elimination efforts. Selected submissions will be invited to present during the 2024 Annual NYS Hepatitis C Elimination Progress Report Meeting, to be held virtually on May 15th, 2024. Each presenter will provide a 10-minute oral presentation. This is your chance to highlight your work and serve as an example for your colleagues across the state.
We are seeking examples of innovative and promising practices. These may include, but are not limited to, an adaptation to your program, a step or part of a larger initiative, a quality improvement activity, or policy change. Proposals that include meaningful involvement of people with lived experience of hepatitis C are particularly encouraged.
We are seeking submissions from both community-based and clinical settings.

All submissions must be received by January 31st, 2024.
Proposals will be selected based on:
- the extent the practice addresses one or more of the priority populations, settings, or focus areas of the Elimination Plan;
- the expected benefit of implementing the practice; and
- evidence of positive outcomes resulting from the practice
Applicants will be notified on or before February 15th, 2024 whether their practice is selected for presentation. If selected, final presentation materials must be received by April 15th, 2024.
